We try our best to update our website regarding available and out-of-stock items, but discrepancies could happen in-stock availability. Actual product and/or packaging may differ slightly from what is shown on the Site. Some of the products and packaging displayed on the Site are the subject of utility of products and design patents, or applications for same, in the name of our Brands, which enforces its patent rights and other intellectual property rights in North America and worldwide.

No, our trademark, logo, or slogans, can not be used by a third party without the written consent of INSPIRE IMPORTS.

The Site and its contents constitute copyright works owned by INSPIRE IMPORTS. No third party may make any reproduction, publication, transmission, modification, or other use, including derivative use, of any part of the contents of the Site unless expressly authorized by a notice appearing on a screen.

Any material or photos, ideas, sketches/drawings submitted to INSPIRE IMPORTS by any means including emails,  will become property of INSPIRE IMPORTS.

It's also completely forbidden to create a hyperlink to our website or its contents. We also have links to other Websites which we don't endorse their contents, linking to our website linked  sites is absolutely at your own risk

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

 ORDERS AND SALES

Order - We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify the minimum and maximum of an item. Shipments are processed free of charge given the minimum order requirements are made. The customer is responsible for reference shipment with invoice and report damages / missing items within 3 days of shipment arrival.

Payments: Accounts with an established credit will be given net 30 days unless otherwise negotiated. New customers need to pre-pay to establish a credit history – a minimum of 2 invoices will require pre-payment. All invoices shall be paid within the terms agreed upon. A service fee of $50 will be incurred if the invoice goes overdue for 45 days. All payment terms outside of the general terms and conditions shall be negotiated and agreed upon. Any NSF Cheque will acquire $45.00 as a service fee and bank charges. 

Taxes and Other Charges: The appropriate taxes shall be paid . Other freight charges incurred shall be the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise negotiated.

Delivery: The driver will deliver to the door and will not be responsible for locating as requested by the customer. The delivery time is not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances occurrence.

Returns: All products delivered must be inspected and reported within 3 days of delivery and reported/returned as defective or in shortage. 

THIS NOTICE MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. CONTINUED ACCESS TO THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS THAT APPLY AT THE TIME OF ACCESS. IT IS THEREFORE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM YOURSELF OF THE CURRENT TERMS OF THIS NOTICE.
